You've spent Phase 6 approving every draft, and that wasn't busywork — it was training you to know exactly what good looks like in her inbox. That's what makes today safe: you're not handing the keys to a stranger; you're delegating to a system you've supervised for weeks, with rails you built. Chat is where the money lives, fans message at 2am, and you have a job. This is the entire reason the software exists.
Pre-flight, honestly. Autopilot amplifies whatever exists — so confirm the foundation: persona tuned (drafts have needed only light edits for at least a week) · off-limits list current · price band right ($6–$30 or your adjusted band) · holdback stocked with accurately-described sets. If drafts still need heavy rewrites, spend one more week in draft-approve — autopilot at scale sounds exactly like your drafts do now.
Flip the switches in the Inbox panel — there are two, and they're different decisions:

And know the hard limit built into the system: the AI proposes unlocks in words — it never picks, generates, or sends paid media on its own. Sending real content stays a human act. That's not a limitation; it's the design that makes everything else trustworthy.
Stay in the loop — the daily inbox ten becomes the daily inbox five. You're not leaving the inbox; you're changing jobs, from writer to editor-in-chief: skim yesterday's conversations · spot-check the offers it made · jump in personally on the big moments (a big spender, a delicate situation, a fan the AI escalated). Fans should never fully lose you — the AI handles volume; you handle moments.
Watch the first 48 hours like a hawk (then relax). Read every conversation from the first two days. You're checking: voice drift (fix: tune the persona word) · offer aggression (fix: it follows your band and rhythm — recheck both) · anything weird (fix: #bopgpt-help immediately, switches off, no harm done — they're switches, not commitments).
Log the before/after in the workbook. Response time, conversations per day, unlocks per week — one row before autopilot, one row after week one. Her account is a declared AI creator — that's public, and the fans who love her love that. The persona should answer in character but never lie about what she is (it's in the rails). Fans who feel deceived churn; fans who feel entertained stay. Honesty is the retention strategy.
Check the conversation: did the fan's messages read like interest? If genuinely misjudged, that's tuning data — note it, spot-check that fan's thread for a few days. If it happens repeatedly, drop PPV approval back OFF for a week while keeping auto-send ON — the switches are independent for exactly this.
