You'll have the whole business on one page: the permanent weekly rhythm, the numbers that run it, the trigger for creator #2, and your new job in the community. This page IS the business now β everything else was building it.
Courses end; businesses run on rhythms. The most dangerous week in this whole journey is week 13 β the course is done, the structure that carried you disappears, and "what do I do today?" comes back. This lesson deletes that question permanently. Print this page. It's the manual.
| When | What | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Daily β the Stack (3-0, proven in your First Month) | Research 15 (swipe file scan, today's patterns β 3-5) β production block (8β12 pieces β 3-1/3-2/3-3) β publish: 3β5/day IG + TikTok, 3β5 X posts, Stories, Threads recycles, trials running (3-4/4-3/5-3/5-5) β engagement + inbox five (4-2/7-1) | ~90 min |
| Sunday add-on | The Premium Studio 20 minutes (r-5: one premium set + variant, clip when the drop calls for it) Β· pick the week's drop from the holdback | ~20 min |
| Weekly (one sitting) | Three-number tracker, all channels Β· drop results at 48h Β· renewals due / kept / winbacks (7-4's board) Β· trial-reel winners promoted Β· ONE change chosen for next week | ~15 min |
| Monthly | Swipe file deep-clean + account list refresh (3-5/5-2) Β· satellite-page review β health, next launch (5-5) Β· amplification verdict β scale/switch/shelve (7-3) Β· money log review (6-5) | ~30 min |
that's it β the 90 focused minutes a day you signed up for in 3-0, systemized to the minute, plus small weekly and monthly sittings. Anything not on this page is optional, experimental, or someone selling you complexity. When in doubt, run the boring rhythm at full volume β the boring rhythm at volume IS the business.
Know your four health numbers cold. Weekly, forever: new Fanvue followers (is traffic flowing?) Β· unlocks per drop (is content converting?) Β· renewals kept (is it sticking? β 7-4's board) Β· net payout per month (is it real?). Any number flat for 3+ weeks β that's your next one-variable experiment, and a coaching-call question.
The creator #2 trigger β written down so ambition doesn't jump the gun: consider a second creator when creator #1 has run two consecutive months of the full rhythm on autopilot and her monthly net covers her own costs with profit you can see in the money log. Then: creator #2 is a new Phase 1 β own persona, own trinity of accounts, own ramp β sharing your production block. Not before. Empire before expansion, still.
Your new job in the community. You're a graduate now, and #wins runs on people like you: when a day-3 student posts their first publish, you're the one who remembers that feeling β say so. Answer one #course-help question a week that you've lived through. The Lab's promise β nobody goes through this alone β is kept by the people it already worked for. That's you.
Stay current. The studio ships features; lessons update; the Vault grows (watch #wins for update announcements). Your monthly half-hour includes a two-minute scan of what's new β the machine you run gets upgrades for free.
The Operating Week is in your workbook and your graduation post is up. The course is complete. The business is running. See you in the community β and in the money log.
That's why the calendar blocks from 3-4 and the phone reminders from 4-2 don't retire β the structure that finished the course is the structure that runs the business. Re-anchor them. And say it in #wins; public rhythm is sticky rhythm.
Congratulations, that's the product working. Boredom is the signal to improve one number deliberately (the monthly experiment), not to add complexity. The Vault is there when a number justifies a new weapon.
Not a course question β a money-log question, answered by months of net payouts, your obligations, and nobody's hype. What we'll say: the students who make that leap well make it late, off boring evidence. Your log knows before you do.
