You'll know exactly how this business makes money, exactly what you're building over the next 30 days β and your target will be posted where we can hold you to it.
Here's the only theory in this whole course: this business is four pieces. A creator people want to follow. Content she posts. Traffic that finds her. And chat β where the actual money is made. Every lesson from here builds one of those four, in order. The software does the heavy lifting on three of them (the creator, the content, and the chat) β that's why one person can run what used to take a team. And one expectation set straight from minute one: this is a real daily business. Setup weeks are light; the operating rhythm you're building toward is about 90 focused minutes a day, systemized so none of it is wasted. The winners in this industry win on daily volume, and this course is built to get you there β not to sell you autopilot riches.
Creator: you'll design her in the studio. Content: the studio shoots it. Traffic: we teach you the exact playbooks. Chat: fans talk, fans buy β the AI drafts the replies, you approve the sends. Four boxes. That's the entire business.

Lena is the creator we build on camera through this entire course β from nothing, step by step, same lessons you're doing. You'll watch every step of her build while you build yours right alongside her. When a lesson shows a click, it's a real click on a real build.
no comparing options, no research rabbit holes. The path is the path. Your only job is the next lesson.
In 30 days, my creator is live on Fanvue, posting every day, with her first
traffic channel live and ramping toward full volume.
Not a money number β an execution number. Money follows the system, and the system is what you can control in month one.
Know the first-72-hours pace. Tonight: Phase 0 (this + the safety checklist). Evening two: Phase 1 β she gets a face and a page. Evening three: publish day. Her first post goes live within about three days β that's the design, and our team literally watches for it. Life pushes you to day four or five? Fine and human β it's a target, not a tripwire.
Know what your purchase includes (the card on screen): the full course Β· the community Β· weekly live coaching calls (Wednesdays at 5pm ET, live in the community's π Live Call voice room) β your first one is this week; come say your target out loud, first-call attendance is the best completion predictor we know Β· your Bopgpt plan ({{COPY: included tier, duration, and renewal price after β pending #41 β this card cannot ship with blanks; an unexplained renewal charge is the #1 avoidable refund}}) Β· Fanvue partner support (the #fanvue-help channel β platform problems get a named human). One thing your purchase does not include: the Premium Studio's software (Rogue Studio, from its own maker) runs about $19.99/month when you reach that section β a normal business expense, disclosed now so nothing surprises you.
Have the kitchen-table conversation β this week, not week five. If you share your life with someone, tell them about this business now. The honest version: you're building an AI content brand β a fictional creator whose photos, posts, and fan chats you run like a business. Fans subscribe and buy content on Fanvue, an 18+ platform, and later in the course her paid content gets spicier β that's where the money is, and how far that goes is a dial you control. Realistic timeline: weeks of building before the first dollar, and the first dollar is small. Show them the money map, decide the content ceiling together. Students whose partners are in the loop finish; students hiding a business at 11pm don't.
Want the target to feel like yours without breaking the template? Use this:
~10 minutes.
Your target is posted in #introductions. That's it β you're officially building. (And yes, we actually read them. Coaches use your target on every check-in from here.)
Click the invite link below this lesson β accept the invite β complete Discord's entry screen β the channel list is on the left, #introductions is at the top. Using Discord for the first time? Totally fine β it's just group chat with channels. Still stuck: reply to your welcome email and a human sorts it.
Use the template word for word. The numbers are the defaults, and the defaults are right for month one. You'll earn the right to customize when there's data to customize with.
No β and it's not about you, it's about the build. Later lessons assume the earlier artifacts exist (the persona sheet, the model, the connected account). If you're experienced you'll clear the early phases in minutes anyway.
Yes, and it genuinely helps β this goes faster as a two-person team. Bring them. (Either way: the kitchen-table conversation from step 7. This week.)
The honest, comfortable version: "I run a digital content brand β AI-generated creator, social media, subscriptions." All true, no oversharing. What you tell whom is entirely your business, and plenty of successful students never elaborate past that sentence.
One tip first: block two evenings this week on your calendar β that's Phases 1 and 2, the heaviest part. After this week the load drops a lot. Next lesson: a 10-minute safety checklist that saves you from every rookie mistake that gets accounts banned. Do not skip it.
