The niche connects who she is, who follows her, and what they'll pay for. We make that connection once, fast, and move.

Highest total wins. Tie? Flip a coin — and notice which side you hoped for while it was in the air. That's your answer.
the six niches, the scoring method, and the tie-break. All of it works. Off-list niches are for people bringing their own audience data — that's not a day-4 move.
Name her. Two syllables, easy to say, easy to spell. Quick Google to make sure it's not a famous person. Write it on the sheet.
Age and vibe — commanded by your niche. Age: 20s, unless your niche notes say otherwise. Vibe (you'll click this card in the studio next lesson):

The signature trait — her memory hook. ONE visual or personality marker that shows up everywhere. Lena's: light freckles + a thin silver chain necklace. Yours goes into the studio next lesson so it's baked into every photo, forever.
The bio line. One sentence, her voice, soft invite at the end. Fill the pattern:
[Hometown] girl who [what she's into]. Come hang out 💛
fanvue.com/yourhandle in a browser — "page not found" means likely available. For X and Instagram, type the handle into each app's search. Pattern: name + word (lenafromohio, lena.after.dark). Same handle everywhere if you can; write your winner + two fallbacks on the sheet.Backstory feeling flat, or bio not sounding like a person? These unstick you without breaking the rules:
20 minutes. Set an actual timer. When it rings, what's on the sheet IS your creator.
Every field of the persona sheet is filled and your handle is written down. Post her name + niche in #creator-reveal — coaches read every one, and honestly, announcing her makes it real. (Operator members: your 1:1 kickoff call builds on this exact sheet — it happens in your first 72 hours, and your coach will pressure-test the persona and set the 30-day target with you. Have the sheet done before the call.)
Then both work, genuinely. Pick the one whose content you'd rather look at for the next 90 days. Decide in the next 60 seconds — this decision does not reward extra time.
No — it's a content setting, and it comes later, in the money phase, where it earns. Every niche on the matrix works SFW-first, which is what makes her postable on every social platform for traffic.
Use the fallback pattern: name + xo, name + city, name + .ai. Exact-match handles matter less than you think; consistency across platforms matters more.
The studio supports male models and anything you can describe. But the six on the matrix are the proven starters. Go off-list only if you bring your own audience knowledge — and know you're leaving the marked trail.
Small things — bio, story details — anytime. Face and name — treat as permanent once you publish. Consistency is the asset you're building.
