Real strangers β people who found her, not people we told β will be landing on her Fanvue page. That's Milestone 6, and it's the moment this stops being an art project and becomes a funnel.
A small account can't outpost big accounts, but it can borrow their audiences. That's what engagement actually is β not being polite, but placing her voice where attention already gathers. Do it right and the loop feeds itself: replies earn profile visits β profile visits hit the pinned post β the pinned post sends them to the bio link β the bio link lands on Fanvue. Every piece of that chain already exists. Today we run it deliberately, and we start reading the numbers that tell us it's working.
Upgrade the daily replies into placed replies. Same two-a-day habit, sharper targeting. Each day, find posts in her niche that are under 2 hours old with active reply sections (mid-size accounts β hundreds of likes, not tens of thousands). Reply early, in her voice, with something that adds β a joke that lands, a real reaction, a question. Early + human + visible thread = her name in front of someone else's audience, for free.
Ride one conversation a week. Once a week, find a bigger trending conversation adjacent to her niche (fitness account? gym-culture discourse. Girl-next-door? whatever everyone's laughing about) and put her take in it as a quote post. One a week, only when she'd naturally have an opinion. Forced takes read as forced.
Read the loop, weekly β three numbers, written in your workbook:
| Number | Where | Fallback if unavailable | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profile visits | X analytics | follower count, weekly | Is her content creating curiosity? |
| Link taps | Beacons dashboard | β (Beacons shows this) | Is her profile converting curiosity? |
| New Fanvue followers | Fanvue | new subscriber/follower count on her page | Did the loop complete? |
weekly, not daily. Daily numbers on a small account are noise with feelings attached. Same sitting as the weekly numbers review (7-5 formalizes it) β read the three numbers, done.
Fix the weakest link, one at a time. The three numbers diagnose exactly where the leak is: visits low β content/reply game needs more reach (step 1 harder). Visits fine, taps low β pinned post or bio isn't selling (rewrite one of them, once). Taps fine, Fanvue quiet β her page's first impression needs work (revisit 2-2's look test with fresh eyes). Change ONE thing per week, then let the next week's numbers judge it.
Know what's waiting in the Vault. When this loop runs β visits, taps, arrivals, weekly β you've earned the accelerants: the team's promo network and boosted-post audiences (The Vault) put paid fuel on a fire that's already burning. Rule: the Vault's paid plays multiply working loops; they cannot start dead ones. The three numbers tell you when you're ready.
~20 minutes today, then it lives inside the daily ten + the weekly numbers sitting.
You've run the upgraded loop for one full week β placed replies daily, the weekly quote-post taken or consciously skipped, and the three-number tracker filled in. That's the behavior that completes this phase and unlocks Phase 5 β you can command the behavior, so the gate is yours to open. The strangers themselves arrive on their own schedule: when the tracker shows them following or landing on her page, that's Milestone 6 β traffic exists. It'll be small. Small is not the point; flowing is the point. Flowing scales β Phase 6 makes it pay, and Phase 5 multiplies it.
The most common stall, and it's fixable in one move: your pinned post isn't giving people a reason. Rewrite it leading with her best photo and a warmer one-liner β curiosity converts when the pin feels like an invitation, not an ad. One rewrite, then a week of data before touching it again.
No β she's a few weeks old. Check the boring things in order: Has the daily ten actually hit 4-2's bar (7 of any 9 days, still holding)? Are replies actually daily? Are they on fresh posts (under 2 hours)? In every stall we've diagnosed, one of those three is the answer. Fix the habit, not the strategy. (Genuinely can't tell which number is the leak? That's a live-call question β bring your three-number tracker to this week's call. It's exactly what the call is for. Operator members: or straight to your 1:1 line.)
Reply in her voice like it's normal (it is now). Don't pitch, don't link-drop. The algorithm watches what happens after attention spikes β act human, and the spike compounds.
Paid amplification on a loop with a broken link burns money finding the break for you, expensively. The three numbers find it for free. Loop first, fuel second β that's not philosophy, it's arithmetic.
Mostly spam or scams at this size. Ignore anything that asks for money or login details, always. Real cross-promo becomes a thing in Phase 5 β with rules.
Phase 4 complete β she has traffic. Strangers find her, follow her, and land on her page. Now we multiply it: Phase 5 scales the machine across Instagram, Reddit, and TikTok β the aggressive traffic block this whole business runs on. Traffic first, always; the money phase opens the moment the full stack is live and firing.
