Your creator moves. You'll turn one of today's keepers into a short, natural-motion reel β the format every platform pushes hardest β and know the two ways the studio makes video.
Platforms are video-first: motion gets shown to more strangers than stills, full stop β which is why the Daily Stack from 3-0 is measured in reels per day, not posts per week. Reels are the factory's flagship product line. But here's what most people get wrong β they try to make cinematic video. Wrong bar. The winning reel for a creator account looks like a friend filmed three seconds of her being alive. Subtle beats spectacular. The studio is built for exactly that β and built to produce it at volume.
Subtle, on your best keeper. It's the one that reads "someone filmed her" β exactly the illusion we want. Pose Shift, Look Back, and Walk are there whenever a set calls for them β Subtle stays your default and your banker.
Meet the Reel Studio β the tool that changes the whole game. The Reel Studio tab makes reels a different way: it swaps your model into a source motion clip or template, so she performs motion that already works. Sit with what that means β when the research system (3-5) hands you a proven viral motion format, Reel Studio is the "make her version of it" button. This is the single biggest reason your daily reel count can match creators with camera crews. Today's lesson uses the Library path to get her moving; Reel Studio becomes a daily weapon the moment your swipe file exists.
One honest limitation, so you never wonder: animating images is SFW-only right now β NSFW video is on the studio's roadmap. Which is fine: reels are traffic content, and traffic content is SFW by design (that's been our rule since Phase 2).
Quality-check the reel like a fan would. Watch it twice. Face stays consistent? Motion looks human, not liquid? Ship it. One weird moment β regenerate once, or pick a different keeper. The 10-second rule applies to video too.
Save it to the day's inventory. It slots into the Calendar (3-4) like any other piece β reels lead every day's schedule because they earn the most reach. Destination volume, so you know what you're building toward: once the platforms are live, the daily batch produces several reels a day (Library animates on fresh keepers + Reel Studio runs on proven formats), because Instagram and TikTok each want 3β5 a day and the same renders feed both.
~15 minutes.
A reel of your creator exists in your Library and passes the two-watch test. She moves. From here, every daily block includes reels β they're the flagship product of the factory.
Regenerate once β motion has more variance than stills. Still off? Different keeper: images with clear body position and simple backgrounds animate best. Busy backgrounds and complex poses are what melt.
Pick the keeper with the most straight-on, well-lit face β face consistency in video comes from face clarity in the source image.
First: check the generations dock (bottom-right) β video renders longer than stills and keeps working while you browse. Actually failed? Retry once, then check credits, then #bopgpt-help. Video costs more credits than stills {{COPY: video credit cost β pending #41 verification}}.
Not in the core path. Short natural-motion reels are what the traffic playbook needs β longer formats are a Vault topic when her audience justifies them.
Photos β, motion β. Next: carousels and look-alike sets β the studio's tricks for multiplying one great shot into a whole session. Inventory gets cheap from here.
