You'll have run your first daily production block β one focused sitting that outputs 8+ post-ready pieces across multiple scenes β and you'll have the recipe system that makes tomorrow's block a routine instead of a decision. This is the factory. It runs every working day from now on.
3-0 gave you the math: attempts dominate outcomes, and the Daily Stack needs 8β12 pieces a day once the full platform set is live. Nobody β literally nobody β produces that by opening the studio and wondering what to make. Factories run on recipes: pre-decided scene formulas you execute in batches, so the production block is pure output. Amateurs decide while producing; the factory decides before producing (that's what the research 15 in 3-5 will feed). Today you learn the batch mechanics with a starter recipe menu we've decided for you; by 3-5 the market is writing your menu every morning.
One honest note on pacing: right now her only live surface is Fanvue β the traffic platforms come online in Phases 4 and 5. So for now the factory runs at training volume (one block a day, feeding Fanvue daily + banking inventory), and it scales to full stack-feeding volume as the platforms open. You're learning the machine before the machine has five mouths to feed. That's deliberate.
| Set | Outfit | Setting | Pose | Lighting | Camera |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| A β everyday | Casual | Bedroom | Selfie | Soft natural | iPhone |
| B β out & about | Streetwear | Street style | Walking | Golden hour | iPhone |
| C β her niche | (your niche's outfit β Sportswear for fitness, Going-out dress for glam, etc.) | (matching setting) | Full body | Soft natural | iPhone |
three scenes per block, iPhone camera on everything β a creator's feed should read like a phone camera roll, not a studio portfolio. From 3-5 onward, at least one of the three recipes each day comes from the swipe file (a proven pattern), not this starter menu.
Check your fuel, then run the batch. A block runs ~60 credits at image prices (3 sets Γ 4 images Γ 5 credits) β glance at your balance first; per 3-0's doctrine, this is inventory spend, planned and deliberate. Then: Create β Single β SFW β recipe β 4 images β Portrait ratio (careful: "Portrait" is also a Camera card β you want iPhone camera, Portrait ratio) β Ultra-real β Generate. Never wait on a render: while Set A generates, line up Set B's cards. The block is a pipeline, not a queue.
Add texture, not decisions. One text-box detail per set ("laughing", "holding coffee", "mid stretch") so the day's output has life. The detail is the only improvisation in the block β everything else was decided before you sat down.
Cull with the 10-second rule β volume never means shipping garbage. From 12 images, keep 8β9. Misses get deleted immediately; the Library holds publishable content only. (Fewer than 2 keepers from a set? Re-run that recipe once, then move on β the factory doesn't stall on one bad set.)
Multiply before you file. The block's best keeper immediately becomes more inventory at almost no cost: a reel (3-2), a More-Like-This set or carousel (3-3), a scene swap when the pattern calls for it (3-5). This multiplication step is how 12 raw images become a full day of stack-feeding content β one batch, many formats, every platform fed from the same sitting.
File the day in the workbook β the factory log. Each day's entry: today's recipes β keepers β where each piece is aimed (Fanvue feed now; X/IG/TikTok slots as those phases open; spares banked β spares become teases, Stories, and the safe-for-preview frames your Phase 6 drops lead with). Two minutes, and it's what the Calendar (3-4) schedules from. (This is also where Lena's build runs on screen β her recipes, her culls, her aims, every day from here to her first dollar.)
Tomorrow's menu in ten seconds:
~45 minutes for your first block; it compresses toward 30β40 with practice.
8+ fresh keepers from three scenes sit filed in the Library with aims written next to them, and you know exactly what tomorrow's block will shoot. Run this daily and the volume game is no longer theoretical β it's what you did before breakfast.
The first one is the slowest you'll ever run β recipes were new, culling was new. By block five you're batching on autopilot in ~30 minutes. And remember the ramp: until the traffic platforms open, a missed day just means a lighter bank, not a starved feed.
Check that Setting AND Outfit both changed between sets β those two cards carry most of the variety. Lighting changes help more than pose changes.
Girl-next-door β Loungewear + Kitchen. Fitness β Sportswear + Studio. Alt β Streetwear + Nightclub. Glam β Going-out dress + Hotel suite. Gamer β Casual + Bedroom (add "gaming setup" as the text detail). Outdoorsy β Denim shorts + Beach.
Yes β ~60/block at image prices, and that's the business running, not leaking (doctrine three, 3-0). What you should watch is credits per keeper: culling hard and re-running bad sets only once keeps the cost of good inventory flat. {{COPY: plan allocation guidance β pending #41}}
An empty or stalled generate screen usually means no credits, not a bug. Check Settings β Plan & credits. {{COPY: top-up flow + plan allocation β pending #41}}. Top up and finish the block β recipes don't expire.
Stills are half the factory. Next: reels β the format every platform pushes hardest, and the multiplication step that turns today's best keeper into motion. Ten minutes to her first one.
