The Premium Pipeline

β–Ά {{VIDEO: lesson r-5 β€” Owen & Cole}}Video drops in here. Everything below stands on its own.

When you're done

Premium content will have a route: shot in Rogue, stored in her Bopgpt vault, priced on her ladder, shipped as drops β€” on a cadence bolted to the daily system you already run. And you'll know the machine that industrializes it when she's earning: the Content Factory.

Why this matters

Right now you have premium inventory and no pipeline β€” which is how content dies in a folder. The studios that win treat premium content as logistics: everything shot flows one direction, lands priced, and ships on schedule. You already run this exact logic for SFW content (daily batch β†’ calendar β†’ publish). This lesson clones it for the premium wing. Nothing new to learn β€” just new plumbing.

The steps

  1. Wire the route: Rogue β†’ vault β†’ ladder β†’ drop. Four hops, every piece, no exceptions:
  1. Set the premium cadence β€” one studio session a week, as the Sunday add-on (7-5's name for it). Add 20 minutes to Sunday's production block: one premium set (~80cr), one edit variant (~70cr), one 480p clip when the week calls for video (~540cr), frames mined free. That's ~700 credits a week ceiling β€” comfortably inside Starter's 4,500 β€” and once her drops go live in Phase 6, it feeds one solid drop per week plus tease inventory. Write it into the workbook as a standing line item.

  2. Meet the Content Factory β€” the machine for when she's earning. In the Motion suite's Model Drawer sits Rogue Content Factory: you supply one reference image of her, pick from 100+ pre-written performance scripts (full scenes, shot professionally β€” opening teases through explicit acts), and it renders the whole performance. This is mass-production of sellable premium video from a single frame.

The Content Factory script menu β€” pre-written performances, from mild openers on down. One reference image in, a finished scene out.

The catch, on camera: scripts are priced by performance length β€” a full script can run several thousand credits. We selected one live and watched the Generate button jump from 100 to 3,870. That's not a bug; that's a long script. The button is the invoice. On Starter, the Factory is a read the menu, plan the drop tool β€” you run it deliberately for a flagship drop, or after upgrading once premium revenue supports it.

The lesson in one frame: script selected, Generate now reads 3,870. Always read the button.

  1. Chain scenes with the save-frame trick. The Factory's power move (Playbook p99–108): render a scene, save its last frame free, use that frame as the reference for the next script β€” a continuous storyline across drops, each installment selling the next. That's episode economics on a subscription platform, and it's the model behind every top-earning AI creator on Fanvue.

  2. Extend her range without new prompts. Two studio tools slot straight into this pipeline when a drop calls for them: the Clothing Creator (build a wardrobe item once, reuse it across shoots β€” Playbook p20–22) and location/reference sheets (consistent bedroom, consistent apartment β€” p34–38). Consistency compounds: fans notice her world being coherent, and coherence reads as real.

  3. Put the watch layer on. Rogue's own tutorials go deeper on every tool in this section β€” they're the official manual; these lessons are the business wiring around it:

All under Tutorials in the app, plus the Telegram community's metadata drops β€” finished videos with the exact settings attached, free to copy.

Do it now

~20 minutes of wiring, zero credits.

You're done when

Every premium piece has a home (the vault), a tag (its future rung), and a schedule (the Sunday add-on) β€” so when Phase 6 opens the store, the shelves are already stocked. The studio is no longer a place you visit; it's a stage in her machine.

If you're stuck

Do I really move files by hand?

For now, yes β€” download/upload is the bridge until the Rogue engine lands inside Bopgpt. It's five minutes a week. The pipeline order is what matters; the plumbing gets automated for you.

What price tier does each piece go on?

The full system is lesson 6-2, but the tagging logic is simple enough to use today: suggestive teases β†’ free/feed, warm content β†’ subs, explicit and video β†’ PPV. The studio changes what you can make, not how the ladder will price it.

When do I run my first full Factory script?

When one of two things is true: a flagship drop justifies the spend (price it against expected PPV revenue β€” the button literally tells you the cost side), or her revenue has paid for a plan upgrade. Not before. The chained-storyline play works at either scale.

Which video mode is which?

Her character's video models span five modes β€” softcore shorts through the Factory, hardcore, and Reskin (mass character-swap of reference videos). The Playbook's Part 3 (p59–98) and the video tutorial map them all; you've already mastered the one that matters first (i2v), and the Factory is the second. Add modes when drops demand them.

Can a second character share the pipeline?

Yes β€” same route, her own vault tags and ladder. That's a 7-5 scale decision; the pipeline you wired today doesn't change.

Next up

The Premium Studio is wired: built, shot, edited, animated, and plumbed into the machine that sells. Back on the main road β€” Phase 4 sends her first traffic, and now there's premium inventory waiting for every fan who arrives.
