Her Instagram will exist β profile complete, connected to the same front door, warming on the same daily rhythm you already run. Channel two comes online the boring, correct way.
Instagram is the biggest audience pool in her world and the strongest trust platform β X finds strangers fast, but Instagram is where people decide she's real. Reels create reach; the profile, feed, and Stories convert that reach into belief, and belief into bio-link taps. You're not learning a new business here β you're pointing the machine you already built at a second, bigger room. And because you've done this once, the warm-up won't fool you into skipping it.
Create her account β handle from the persona sheet (or its fallback), business email, password manager, 2FA. The trinity, third time. Switch to a creator/professional account in settings so you get analytics.
Profile, complete on day one: same avatar as everywhere Β· name field = her name + a niche word (the name field is searchable β "Lena | gym girl next door" works harder than just "Lena") Β· bio: two short lines from the persona sheet + one clear next step Β· the hub link from 4-1 in the website field.
the hub link goes in on day one β unlike X's early days, her network now exists and the funnel is proven. But content stays clean here always: Instagram is the strictest platform she's touched so far, and her IG is a trust asset. Feed-tier only, forever β everything spicy stays behind the Fanvue paywall, full stop (the rule you'll formalize as the content ladder in 6-2).
Seed the grid β three posts, day one. An empty grid converts nobody. Post three of your best already-proven keepers from the inventory (different scenes, her face clear in at least two), captioned in her voice. Instant credibility floor.
Fold IG into the daily ten. Same ten minutes, now split: the photo slot alternates X/IG day by day (the daily batch covers both), while X's banked text posts (from 4-2's prompt) still go out daily β thirty seconds, keeps X's daily post intact. Then engagement on whichever platform got the photo β on IG that's replying to comments and leaving 2 genuine comments on niche-adjacent accounts. The no-list carries over wholesale: no follow-bursts, no hashtag walls, no DM outreach, no reposts.
Let it breathe β and research while she warms. The growth system (next lesson) lands best on an account that's been breathing for a week or two. The wait is active on both sides: the daily ten keeps her posting, and the next lesson's outlier board needs zero account age β build it during the warm-up. You know this movie β it's the one where patience wins, and this time you have homework.
Set the conversion furniture: pin your strongest post to the profile, and start one Highlight ("meet her" β 3β4 of her best Stories once they exist). The profile is the trust bridge; pinned + Highlights are what a visitor taps while deciding. {{VERIFY: current IG pin/Highlight mechanics at filming}}
~20 minutes.
Her IG profile is complete with three posts on the grid, and the daily ten now covers both platforms. Warm-up is running; the growth system lands on it next.
Same playbook as X: verify what it asks, slow to posts-only for a few days, resume gently. New-account friction is universal; panic is optional.
Fallback variant, noted on the persona sheet. The name field (searchable) matters more than the handle on IG β get the niche words in there.
They're right about the destination and wrong about the timing. 3β5 a day IS where this account is headed (5-2's table) β but volume from a fresh account triggers filters, not growth. Weeks 1β2 are the warm-up gear; week 3 the ramp opens and she runs full volume forever. Skipping the warm-up to get to volume faster is how accounts die before the volume ever counts.
Screenshot it, report the impersonation through IG's form, and mention it in #course-help. It's annoying, it's common, and it's also β quietly β a sign the content travels. The verified-real her, with the funnel attached, always wins that fight.
The account breathes. Next lesson: the IG content system β the outlier-reel research method that tells you exactly what to make instead of guessing, running on the same daily 15 + production block.
