You'll understand the content ladder — what lives at each rung and where it's allowed to exist — and her first premium set will be shot and sitting in the holdback, waiting for the first drop.
The ladder is the business model in picture form: free content makes strangers care, premium content makes fans pay, and the gap between them is what an unlock is worth. Creators who post everything free have nothing to sell; creators who paywall everything have no one to sell to. The ladder keeps both sides honest — and it keeps her accounts safe, because each rung has rules about where it's allowed to live.
| Rung | What it is (the studio's own card language) | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Feed | The Phase 3 engine: casual, charming, SFW-forward | Fanvue feed (free) + socials |
| Premium | The Lingerie tier — suggestive, higher-heat sets | Fanvue unlocks only — never socials |
| Top rung | The Nude tier — the studio's NSFW ceiling | Fanvue unlocks only, at the top of the price band |
NSFW exists in exactly one place — behind Fanvue's paywall. Never on X, never on Instagram, never in DMs off-platform. This isn't prudishness; it's the architecture: socials build the audience because they're clean, and scarcity is literally what the unlock price is made of. (It's also a program rule, not just strategy — it protects every student's accounts and the Lab's standing with the platforms. It holds even if you disagree with the strategy.)
Turn on NSFW mode for a shoot. In Create, flip the rating toggle to NSFW — the studio unlocks the spicier outfit cards (Lingerie and up) and generates from your model's same locked identity, so she's unmistakably her at every rung. Everything else works exactly like every shoot you've done.
Shoot the first premium set. The recipe: Lingerie / Bedroom / her best pose from Phase 3's data / Soft natural or Window light / iPhone. 4 images, Portrait, Ultra-real. Same 10-second keeper rule — consistency and quality matter more here, because this is the product people pay for. And remember your other studio: the top rungs of her ladder — explicit sets, edits, and video — come out of the Premium Studio you wired in the R lessons. The Rogue → vault → ladder pipeline (r-5) is exactly how that content arrives at this step.
Hold it back — do not post it. This set goes into your holdback (the reserve in your Library — not to be confused with The Vault, the bonus lesson wing) and it's for lesson 6-4's first drop. Selling it properly (the tease, the free preview, the price) is a system, and the system is two lessons long. Content first, drop second.
The compliance three, money edition — read out loud, again: everything stays 18+ (her declared age and everything about her presentation — the studio enforces 18+ models, and so do you) · AI-declared, always, on Fanvue · and the paid content you describe in chat must be accurately described — what they buy is what they get. That last one is why fans come back, and coming back is the business.
~20 minutes.
A premium set with 3+ keepers sits in your Library, unposted. Inventory for the first drop exists. Two lessons from now, it earns.
Then don't — the premium rung (lingerie/suggestive) is a complete, workable ceiling on its own, and plenty of successful creators never go past it. Does a lower ceiling earn less per fan? Usually — top-rung unlocks command the top of the band ({{COPY: rung-mix earnings context TBD — the team's data or cohort-1 numbers, never guessed}}). But a ceiling you're comfortable running every week beats a higher one you'll quietly abandon — consistency is the bigger revenue lever, by a lot. The ladder defines what each rung is; you define how high hers goes — ideally in the kitchen-table conversation from 0-1, together. Decide once, write it in the workbook, price accordingly.
Hold the same bar: reference-locked identity applies at every rung, so drift means reroll, same as always. Premium sets justify a second generation run — this is the paid product.
You tease with feed-rung content that implies more exists ("the good stuff lives at the link" energy) — never with the premium content itself, even cropped, even blurred-by-you. Fanvue's built-in blurred previews (next lessons) do the teasing where it converts.
Not yet — NSFW is stills-first in the studio today; NSFW video is on the roadmap. It doesn't hurt the model: premium sets are the unlock product, and stills sell them. When NSFW motion ships, it becomes a top-rung upgrade, not a requirement.
Custom requests are an advanced revenue line with their own rules — they live in the Vault once your drop rhythm is established (and the golden rule from the compliance three always applies: never promise what the studio can't deliver, never imply it's live or bespoke when it isn't). For now, requests are signals — note what gets asked for; it's free market research for your next premium set.
